“Getting to talk to the exhibitors in person was extremely important to me! Attendance in 2023 was modest compared to the pre-pande- mic years, with fewer exhibitors and smaller stands at the trade show.
For smaller retailers and merchants in particular it would be best if the fair didn’t end until Monday, because they still have to sell on Saturday, leaving only Sunday to visit the fair. It’s thus a challenge
to hustle there, cram everything in, then turn around and leave. A colleague of mine wanted to go to the fair, but couldn’t for that very reason.”
