Danish importer Rezas is highly satisfied looking back at Domotex 2023, where the company presented its latest product array as exhibitor. The firm now sells machine- woven carpets as a third business line complementing its classic and modern lines of premium handmade rugs. Reza Rejaye, who founded the company in 1991, offers customers a comprehensive, flexible service package for more convenient and efficient sales, both online and in-store. Carpet Home paid a visit at the company’s headquarters in Odense and talked to Sales Director Jesper Andersen and Marketing and E-Commerce Manager Andrea Nemeth about the firm’s service and branding concept.

The three product segments of this carpet suppli- er based in Odense, Denmark were presented in a manner boldly highlighting their distinct iden- tities at Domotex in January. Two hand-made product assortments awaited visitors at Rezas’ approximately 300 sqm stand in Hall 2: the Ori- ental Collection with classic patterns and the Modern Collection of elegant designs. Machine- woven carpets spanning the style spectrum from classic to modern are the all-new addition to the
range, marketed under the sub-brand Everyday by Rezas. “All three lines are important; we put one hundred percent effort into developing the machine-woven carpet collections,” Jesper An- dersen emphasizes. “We are just getting started and working hard to expand the segment. Our aim at Domotex was to send a signal that we are catering to the mid-range to premium price segments, opening up entire new possibilities for us – and more importantly, our customers. The concept is to provide affordable luxury for people who love home furnishings and interior décor – it’s not about fast fashion or over-the-top haute couture. In our approach we make sure at all times that there is no cannibalisation between the different segments.”
